Eleaf Ikuu i80 (+MELO 4) D22

The kit Ikuu I80 from Eleaf is back with a new atomizer. Indeed, the box Ikuu I80 esy already well known to vapoteurs but this time it is associated with the Melo 4 diameter 22mm. The first release of the kit was also with the Melo 4 but in diameter 25mm. With this change of atomizer the capacity is now 2ml. Regarding the kit itself, this electronic cigarette goes up to 80W and offers many modes of operation. The integrated battery is exceptionally large with 3000mah of autonomy.

A compact kit with an excellent grip

Before looking at the main change in this kit, that is to say the atomizer, let’s return to the design and technical characteristics of the box Ikuu I80. Despite good performance, the kit is not so large as it measures only 128 x 38 x 27mm. In terms of grip, the kit is wide enough to fit perfectly in the palm of the hand. The activation button of the vape is almost the entire front of the mod.

An autonomy XXL

Regarding performance, the kit Ikuu I80 is a good or even very good vape product. It goes up to 80 W of power, which can already produce beautiful little clouds with the right resistance. Once empty, the battery is charged using a USB Type-C cable provided in the purchase kit. This cable also allows you to perform system updates. Note that the recharge can be done with a 2 Amp charger for a quick charge.

Finally, to finish with the mod, it has a large screen of 0.91 inch to indicate all the essential information such as the selected power, the chosen mode or the value of the equipped resistance. It is possible to customize this screen with three different interfaces: ampere interface, second interface, puff interface.

The Melo 4 22mm diameter

As previously mentioned, the great novelty of this kit is the addition of a Melo 4 atomizer with a diameter of 22mm. From its size, it offers a capacity of e-liquids 2ml. For the filling, nothing could be easier, since it is enough to shift the top cap to have access to the filling port.

All parts of the Melo 4 can be detached and reassembled, which is much more convenient to clean the tank.

Finally it is made of pine 510. It is therefore possible to couple this Melo 4 to other boxes, taking care not to break the design in terms of diameter. It is also worth remembering that this spray supports the EC2 coils from Eleaf. These coils mix kanthal and organic cotton to offer performance and high quality flavors to vapers. The purchase kit of this Ikuu I80 + Melo 4 provides an EC2 coil with a value of 0.3 ohm and an EC2 coil with a value of 0.5 ohm. The first mentioned is already pre-installed in the atomizer.
